All the apartments in Pre Fleuri are ideal for groups of family or friends of between 4 and 8 people. With comfortable and well decorated bedrooms, spacious living areas and compact, yet well equipped kitchens this accommodation allows guests to enjoy their self-catered ski holiday to the full.

Choose either a two bedroom apartment sleeping up to 6, or a three bedroom apartment sleeping up to 8, and enjoy skiing both the La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand ski resorts.

Available for: self catered, weeklong ski holidays from £145pp/week. Changeover days are flexible. Transfers and lift passes can be arranged upon request.

Apartment Description

Every apartment has a sunny south-facing balcony – ideal for lazy lunches or pre-dinner drinks as the days get longer towards the end of the season. Each contains a fully equipped kitchen boasting full oven, 4-ring gas cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a full range of utensils and crockery. This is set in a spacious open plan living area including sofas, chairs, tables, TV with UK satellite, DVD/CD player and free WIFI.

Tastefully decorated, each bedroom can be set up as either a double or twin room and there are two extra pull out sofa beds if required. It is possible to add cots or z-beds to any of the bedrooms.

There is a shower room and toilet for each bedroom, most of which are ensuite.

Apartment Location

The Pre Fleuri building is based in the village of St Jean de Sixt, just 5 minutes drive from the base of the ski lifts or the village centres of Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz.

St Jean itself offers a well stocked small supermarket, a chemist, newsagent, 2 bakeries, a greengrocer and several bars and restaurants; all within 2 minute’s walk of Pre Fleuri. In addition there is a ski bus (free with a full Aravis lift pass) linking the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand which stops very close to the apartments.

For those who self drive it is only half an hour to the medieval village of Annecy as well as other local attractions such as the sumptuous weekly produce markets. Otherwise, airport transfers can be arranged at an extra cost.
